Article 1 – Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale automatically apply to all stays sold through the website They are an integral part of any contract made between the campsite and its clients.

Each client acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale before booking a stay, for themselves and for all persons participating in the stay. In accordance with current legislation, these general conditions of sale are available to all clients for informational purposes before the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the headquarters of the establishment.

Article 2 – Booking conditions

2.1 Prices and payment

The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The client is informed that the tourist tax (variable according to the country) and the cleaning option are not included in the price.

For camping spot reservations: Each spot is nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet. The allocation of the spot becomes effective after our agreement and the receipt of the full payment of the stay and reservation fees.

For rental reservations: Each rental is nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet. The rental becomes effective after our agreement and the receipt of the full payment of the stay and reservation fees.

The balance of your stay must be paid one month before arrival.

Upon arrival, a multi-risk home insurance certificate including liability coverage will be requested.

For hybrid or electric vehicles: It is imperative to inform us of their presence upon your arrival. It is strictly forbidden to connect these vehicles to the facilities intended for rentals or tent pitches. Anyone failing to declare the recharging of their vehicle will be subject to a charge of 5.00€ per night with a multiplier coefficient of 2.

Minors must be accompanied and are under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians within the campsite. The campsite Las Patrasses will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by minors in the campsite in the absence of their parents or legal guardians. The campsite LAS PATRASSES reserves the right to refuse a family or a group with a number of people greater than the capacity of the accommodation or pitch.

2.2 – Pool Rules Compliance

Access to the pool and the use of its facilities are subject to strict hygiene and safety rules, established for the well-being and safety of all our clients. These rules include, but are not limited to, the prohibition of wearing swim shorts, boxers, bermudas, thongs, and burkinis. Only appropriate swimwear is allowed. It is also required that all children under 10 years old be accompanied by a responsible adult. Minors must be accompanied and remain under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. Camping Las Patrasses declines all responsibility for any inconvenience caused in its absence. We reserve the right to refuse entry to a family or group exceeding the authorized capacity of the rental or pitch.

The aquatic area is unsupervised. The pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with an exceptional opening on Wednesday until midnight. The slides are open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Access to the aquatic area is forbidden for children under 10 years old if unaccompanied. Failure to comply with hygiene and safety rules will result in denial of access to the pool. Swim shorts, boxers, bermudas, thongs, and burkinis are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Reservation Cancellation

It is important for our clients to note that any reservation not fully paid according to the terms of our general conditions of sale will be considered as canceled.

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the following terms will apply:

For cancellations notified more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the stay: No refund of the deposit will be made. It should be noted that, regardless of the circumstances leading to the cancellation, administrative fees are not refundable. In the event that the campsite decides, as an exceptional measure, to proceed with a refund, the administrative fees will remain deducted from any amount possibly refunded.

For cancellations occurring less than 30 days before the arrival date: Neither the deposit nor the balance of the reservation will be refunded. This policy is detailed further in chapter 2.5 of our general conditions of sale.

We encourage our clients to familiarize themselves with these conditions before proceeding with their reservation. For more information or for any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Cancellation by camping LAS PATRASSES: in the event that camping LAS PATRASSES cancels your reservation, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be refunded. Under no circumstances will such cancellation result in the payment of damages and interest.

2.4 Withdrawal

Legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling provided by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Thus, for any order of a stay at the campsite, the client does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.

2.5 Cancellation Insurance

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance of your choice. This contract offers a cancellation guarantee that allows for the reimbursement of amounts paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident…).

Article 3 – During Your Stay

3.1 Arrivals and Departures

In rentals and camping: arrivals are from 4:00 PM, departures are before 10:00 AM, in the summer period for rentals arrivals and departures take place on Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday.

3.2 Deposit

A deposit (credit card imprint) of 300.00€ per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash desk, after an inspection. The billing of possible damages will be added to the price of the stay as well as cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present during the inspection, the deposit (credit card) will be returned to you by mail or as per your request by SMS.

In case the rental, accommodation was not cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of a minimum of 80.00€ including tax, will be charged.

3.3 Departure

Any return of keys or release of the pitch after 11:00 AM will result in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

3.4 Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the rentals. Pets are allowed on bare pitches (tent, motorhome, caravan).

The vaccination record must be up-to-date, pets must be kept on a leash at all times, noise nuisances that may disturb other campers will not be tolerated. If necessary, camping Las Patrasses may ask the owners to leave without refunding the stay. The owner must ensure the cleanliness of the site (picking up droppings…).

3.5 During Your Stay

Our camper clients are responsible for their personal belongings (sunscreen, bicycles, games…), camping LAS PATRASSES declines all responsibility and cannot be held liable in case of theft, loss… of your personal effects.

3.6 Internal Regulations

As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed with the prefecture, displayed at our reception, and a copy of which will be provided to you upon request.

3.7 Image Rights

During your stay, you may be photographed or filmed for the commercial use of our website, our commercial brochure… If you oppose this, you can notify us in writing at the reception.

Article 4 – Liability

The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the camper’s equipment which would be due to their own actions; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC…).

Article 5 – No-Refund Clause for Non-Compliance with Rules

We wish to inform our clients that non-compliance with the pool rules or any other campsite facility constitutes a valid reason for denial of access or exclusion from the concerned area, without this giving rise to any refund or financial compensation. By booking a stay with us, clients agree to comply with these rules and acknowledge that their non-compliance may lead to being barred from the pool and other facilities without the possibility of a refund for the stay, even in the case of an early departure from the campsite at their initiative.
